Installing Hoardfast
The Brief
The marketing team at Westgate asked Humanoid to produce an instructional video to show the assembly of their flagship Hoardfast site segregation line. The video should double as a promotion, showing the range available and ease of assembly.
The Solution
We worked with Westgate to script and storyboard their existing assembly instructions into an easy-to-follow video guide. Our crew shot the process from multiple angles. The edited sequence features a voiceover and motion graphics for clarity.
The Result
Westgate were very impressed by the resulting sequence and plan to distribute a copy of the video guide with every pallet of the product. The video also features strongly as part of the marketing for the Hoardfast line, with future guides and promotions to follow.
Humanoid has recently completed a new “how-to” instructional video guide for the Hoardfast site segregation line, a flagship product from the Westgate Group.
Westgate is a construction and manufacturing company with a focus on screens, films and partitions, that has been a key supplier to a wide range of industries since 1977. Westgate’s Hoardfast paneling is designed to quickly establish hygienic temporary walls and secure work areas.
The shoot took place at Westgate’s headquarters in Stafford, where a team of fitters methodically assembled the system on camera. Our crew captured every step of the process, as well as close-up product shots and footage of Westgate’s distribution system.

The finished promotional video combines the live action footage with animated motion graphics and a professional voiceover to introduce the Hoardfast product range and provide a comprehensive installation guide.
Westgate plan to use the power of video to promote additional products and services in the near future — we look forward to the next project!
