Our approach

We’ll take on board everything you’ve told us – and using our experience & creativity – create a costed proposal for you to review.

The green light

Once you’re completely happy with the proposal, we’ll accept your deposit and schedule your video into our production diary.

Post-production

We’ll creatively edit all the footage – adding relevant music along with graphics & animations to help tell the event story.

The shoot

Lights, camera, action! Our professional team can discreetly film before, during & after your event so every detail is covered.

Pre-production

We’ll create a plan that’s aligned to your event schedule; scoping out the venue for top locations and scheduling interviews.

Revisions

At this stage, you’ll get chance to feedback and let us know any changes you’d like to make before we add the finishing touches.

Delivery

We optimise your video for playback, depending on its destination & audience. We also offer online video hosting if you need it.

Post-delivery

We’ll keep an eye on your video’s online viewer statistics and feedback to help you evaluate your return on investment.
