The Return Of The King

Humanoid helped to raise £1300 for the Alzheimer’s Society this week, providing an event highlights video of a performance by Elvis tribute artist Mark Clay.

The event was arranged by Staffordshire University’s Vice-Chancellor Professor Christine King, an avid Elvis fan and long time supporter of the Alzheimer’s Society.

Mark performed two sets to a sell-out crowd and delivered a great performance. The first set was based around Elvis’ early career, followed by a costume change before rocking his way through the Vegas years.

“It was an absolutely fantastic effort and it is great to have the continued support of Staffordshire University and Mark. Not only is it great to have this support for the society, it is also brilliant that everybody had such a good time in the process!”

All ticket proceeds went to the Alzheimer’s Society, donated at the end as a presentational cheque.
