WJ Retextured

Humanoid took to the roads of South West England this week to film the latest instalment in a series of promotional videos for long-term client the WJ Group.

Featuring Waterblasting Technologies’ powerful “Stripe Hog” hydroblaster — as recently promoted by Humanoid in the company’s own video — the first day’s shoot demonstrated the stripping of bitumen build-up from roadside tarmac.

The second day’s footage illustrated highway retexturing, using specialised abrasion equipment to remove the top layer of the road surface before the re-laying of thermoplastic road markings.  Humanoid’s crew captured the action from every angle, including an action camera mounted on WJ’s hardware.

The individual edits are now illustrating services on WJ’s website and feature in an updated edit of the company’s introductory video.
