The Price of Freedom

Humanoid crewed Stafford Television Studio this Saturday, broadcasting a lecture by Czech Ambassador Michael Žantovský: ‘Václav Havel, The Price of Freedom’.

At the invitation of Stafford MP Jeremy Lefroy, His Excellency shared his unique insights on the Czech Republic’s first president, Soviet dissident Václav Havel.  Formerly an advisor to the President, Žantovský gave his perspective on the Velvet Revolution and the fall of communism, before answering questions from members of the studio audience.

The talk was streamed live to an online audience and will be available on DVD.  Funds raised by the evening benefited the Czech Slovak Legionnaires Abroad.
