Why Call PI4U?
The Brief
Private Investigations 4U asked Humanoid to create a short animation promoting their range of services. The video was to feature on their home page and directory listings, addressing reasons for hiring an investigator and PI4U’s unique selling points.
The Solution
We worked with senior management at the company to develop a script that would cover every message they wanted to share. The sequence was first storyboarded for their approval, then animated using both 2D and 3D motion graphic styles.
The Result
PI4U were very pleased with the resulting video and use it as a key sales tool throughout their online promotion. At present, they are the first and only PI agency with a feature of this kind, giving them a unique advantage over their online competition.

With a growing client base and a view to expansion, PI4U approached Humanoid to create a unique video summary of their services, values and capabilities.
Using a combination of 2D and 3D stylised animation, Humanoid condensed PI4U’s core sales messages into a 90-second sequence, presenting the brand as more modern and approachable than many rival agencies.
The new video forms the centrepiece of PI4U’s website and will be featured on all public listings.
