Humanoid crewed Staffordshire University’s newly-outfitted HD studio last night, to provide video event highlights for the University’s annual Chancellor’s Forum.
The Forum is an event where sponsors and dignitaries were treated to a vivid display of undergraduates’ creative and technical accomplishments. Speakers for the evening included honorary graduate and BBC Technology Advisor Bill Garrett, Vice Chancellor Professor Christine King, Deputy Vice Chancellor Paul Richards and Chancellor Lord Bill Morris.
“We really are at the top of what we do. Time and time again they tell us, ‘your students really do make a difference. They have knowledge, they have skills, they have talent’”.
—Professor Christine King, Vice Chancellor of Staffordshire University.
A short video segment showcased student work from the Film Technology department and the faculty of Arts, Media and Design. The presentations highlighted graduates working in the media and the creative industries, including positions at Envy Post Production House and BBC West Midlands.
