35th Anniversary Auction

The Brief
Flannels asked Humanoid to produce video highlights of their 30th anniversary celebrations and charity auction event. It was key to capture the exclusivity of Flannels’ brand and their place in the world of popular fashion.
The Solution
We sent two camera crews to capture footage of the event, including a fast-paced charitable mannequin auction and live music performances. The highlights edit presented the best of the night for social media.
The Result
Flannels were delighted with the resulting video montage, which shows some of the evening’s excitement and promotes the chain’s relationship with The Christie NHS Trust, as well as marking their 35th year.
Humanoid visited Manchester’s luxury shopping destination The Avenue this Thursday, to help celebrate the 35th Anniversary of designer fashion retailer Flannels.
Held at Flannels’ Spinningfields store, with festivities next door in The Oast House, the event doubled as a fundraiser for The Christie charity, with the goal of collecting £50,000 for cancer treatment and care.
Attended by hundreds of representatives from the top names in UK fashion, the evening opened with champagne and appetisers, while guests toured the store to admire the newest addition to the Flannels range, displayed by live models throughout the boutique. Following a live performance by The Jessie Rose Trip, a selection of unique mannequins created by Flannels’ designer brands were auctioned by sports presenter Hugh Ferris to the assembled crowd.
Guests then moved outdoors to enjoy music by The Crookes and mulled wine in the Oast House’s king-size Christmas Teepee, where Raffle winners were drawn, prizes including a £2,000 wardrobe at Flannels. Humanoid’s camera crew filmed proceedings, capturing a memento of the glamorous evening.
